GOOD TO BE BAD - WHITESNAKE - WORLD TOUR 2008

Por primera vez en el Perú la banda Británica más importante del Hard Rock Whitesnake llega a Lima con su extraordinario y reconocido vocalista David Coverdale, acompañado de los extraordinarios músicos que conforman la banda: Doug Adrich (ex – Bad Moon Rising y Dio) y Reb Beach (Ex – Winger y Dokken) en guitarras, Chris Frazier en batería, Uriah Duffy en bajo y Timothy Drury en teclados.

La banda siempre se ha caracterizado por sus extraordinarios shows, gracias a un despliegue escénico potente y lleno de energía, y a un David Coverdale considerado uno de los mejores vocalistas de la historia del Rock. Famosos por su estilo altamente melódico, Whitesnake ha sido durante la segunda mitad de los 80s una de las bandas más promocionadas por MTV. Entre sus éxitos destacan temas como “Is this love”, “Here I go again”, “ Fool for your loving” y “ Love ain’t no stranger”. Actualmente se encuentra de gira promocionando su más reciente trabajo de estudio: “Good to be bad”

Una de las mejores bandas de la era Glam, que en el fondo no eran tan glam pues nos “hizo” pensar y analizar el mensaje de sus canciones, con hits revolucionarios como “Wait”, “When The Children Cry”, “Tell Me”, “Lady Of The Valley”, “Lights N Thunder” “Broken Heart” y “Little Fighter”, esta ultima acerca del famoso Rainbow Warrior(una nave de Greenpeace que fue ilegalmente destruida por comandos Franceses). White Lion se hizo famoso gracias a sus videos en MTV y el carisma y el look de su cantante: Mike Trump.
